This shipping policy explains how we handle orders, shipping costs, delivery times, and customs for customers in Canada and the U.S.
Where We Ship
Currently, we only ship to:

We do not ship to other countries at this time.
Shipping Rates
We use a flat-rate shipping policy:

Canada: CAD$30 per order

United States: CAD$50 per order
Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout. Please note that shipping rates are non-refundable.
Delivery Time
We typically ship orders using Canada Post, but other carriers may be used at our discretion.
Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:

Canada: 3–10 business days

United States: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates only. Kaje Living is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather, or other events beyond our control.
Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Kaje Living is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For U.S. orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply.
These charges are not included in the shipping rate and are the responsibility of the recipient.
For Canadian orders, applicable GST/HST/PST is collected at checkout.
Please check with your local customs office for more information about potential fees before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at kajeliving@gmail.com.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it.
Kaje Living is not liable for shipping delays or damages once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
