Looking to sell?

We accept women’s, men’s and children’s clothing, footwear, jewelry, belts, scarves, and hats. 

Items should be:

  • Like-new condition
  • Clean and well maintained
  • Damage-free: no rips, stains, missing buttons or hardware
  • Authentic and true
  • 1. Request a Quote

    Complete our Request a Quote form, which includes:

    • A description of item(s) you’d like to consign
    • Clear photos of each item
    • Condition details and any supporting info (e.g. original packaging, receipts)
  • 2. Review & Drop-off

    After reviewing your submission:

    • We’ll confirm which items we can accept
    • Arrange a convenient drop-off
    • You’ll receive a detailed breakdown of suggested sale prices and payouts
  • 3. Listing & Sale

    Once you approve the pricing:

    • We’ll list your items on our website and/or
    • Your pieces will be promoted across our social media

Payout Structure

  • Items under $1,000 → 50/50
  • Items between $1,001 – $5,000 → Seller receives 70–80%

Payouts are sent monthly via e-transfer.

Prefer store credit? It’s available as soon as your items sell.

Unsold Items & Returns

We have limited storage space and can’t hold items indefinitely.

  • Unsold items after 90 days must be picked up
  • We’ll contact you to arrange pickup from our Kaje Living HQ
  • Items not collected within the grace period will be donated to a local charity, we love working with Dress for Success.

Authenticity Policy

We are committed to selling only 100% authentic items.

Sellers must provide proof of authenticity (receipts, documentation, etc.)

For luxury items, we may require third-party verification via Entrupy

The seller is responsible for any authentication costs

Are all items authenticated?

How do you determine pricing for an item?

We evaluate each piece based on current market trends, brand demand, condition, and original retail value. Our goal is to price your item competitively to ensure a timely sale while maximizing your return. You’ll receive a proposed selling price for approval before it goes live.

How will I know if my item has sold?

You’ll receive an email notification when your item sells. We process consignor payouts at the end of each month, so you’ll also hear from us when your earnings are on their way.

Can I drop off items for sale?

Yes. If you’re in Vancouver, we offer drop-off by appointment. Please complete this form to schedule a time — we’d love to see your pieces in person. Not local? No problem — we accept items by mail too.

Do you accept items from outside of Vancouver?

Absolutely. We welcome consignors from across Canada. After you submit your item through our online form and it’s approved, we’ll provide easy shipping instructions to send it our way.

How do I receive money when my item sells?

You can choose between e-transfer, EFT, or store credit. Payouts are processed monthly and include a detailed breakdown of what sold and what you’ve earned.

Can I trade an item I have for something I see in the store?

We don’t offer direct trades, but you’re welcome to use your consignor earnings as store credit toward any item you love. It’s a great way to refresh your wardrobe while giving your pieces a second life.

What happens if an item does not sell?

Items we are unable to sell after 90 days (the "sell by" time period) must be picked up.

Items not collected within 7 days of the sell by date are thoughtfully donated to local shelters and charitable fundraising initiatives such as Dress for Success, Lions Gate Foundation, and North Shore Family Services.

Don't worry, we will contact you to arrange a pick-up at the Kaje Living Studio in West Vancouver if your item does not sell.
