We are a luxury resale and consignment boutique based in West Vancouver, BC, specializing in authentic, pre-owned designer fashion.
Each item we sell is unique and sold on behalf of individual consignors. Because of this, all sales are final.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
As a consignment business, every item is one-of-a-kind and may show light signs of wear consistent with its pre-owned nature.
Before completing your purchase, please review the product description and photos carefully.
We are happy to provide additional photos, videos, or measurements upon request to help you make an informed decision.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Each item is thoroughly inspected and authenticated before listing.
If you believe an item has been misrepresented or damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at kajeliving@gmail.com with:

We’ll review the situation and do our best to make it right.
Please note that minor imperfections, wear consistent with age, or differences in color due to lighting or screen display do not qualify as damage or misrepresentation.
Authenticity Guarantee
All items listed for sale are verified as authentic.
If proof of authenticity is provided by the consignor, authentication fees are waived.
In the rare event an item is found to be counterfeit, Kaje Living will refund the full purchase amount and permanently remove the item from sale.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once an order has been shipped.
If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier (usually Canada Post) directly using your tracking number.
We’re happy to assist you in filing a claim if needed.
